With another summer behind us, I am very much looking forward to settling in and seeing what God has for our church the remainder of the year. I hope everyone had an enjoyable summer. As a church, we not only survived all the vacations and various activities, but we had quite a few activities, as well. I'm still in awe with how well Rock-a-Block went. It was the highlight of the summer as far as I'm concerned. We've had SFC fundraisers, the church picnic and other outreaches. We didn't simply make it through the summer, we made quite a difference for the Kingdom. Now, we can gather back together as an entire church and put our effort and faith together and watch God do an even more glorious work through ARC. Today is our back to school service and we would like to welcome the Hills. Brother Micah Hill preach last year and did a terrific job! We are looking forward to another great move of God. Also, today is SFC deadline. It looks like we are about to witness a record-breaking year. Thanks to everyone who participated in fundraisers and gave to the cause. You are a giving and hard working church and I pray God blesses each and everyone of you. Finally, I want to remind everyone of the marriage retreat being held at Pere Marquette November 12th & 13th. We have room for twenty couples. The cost will be $200 per couple. This will include two full meals, lodging and two sessions by Reverend Travis Miller. In Christ's Love, Pastor Frank Crossin, Jr.
